When Melco opened their new property City of Dreams Manila, the desire was to commission two major pieces of public art for the billion dollar development. Due to the complexities of commissioning bespoke art pieces in a corporate environment, they approached Ptarmigan to take on the role of executive producer.

Ptarmigan worked closely with Melco's creative team to assemble and manage a team of artists, designers, fabricators and technicians to conceive, fabricate and install Synchronicity.
