Upon the opening of their magnificent property, City of Dreams Manila, Melco sought to commission two significant public art installations for this billion-dollar development. Recognizing the complexities of commissioning custom art pieces within a corporate setting, Melco approached Ptarmigan to serve as the executive producer.

In close collaboration with Melco’s creative and project teams, Ptarmigan took on the responsibility of assembling and overseeing a talented ensemble comprising artists, designers, fabricators, and technicians. Our collective goal was to conceptualize, create, fabricate, and install the captivating masterpiece known as “Synchronicity.”
